Standard UK Delivery

We will normally despatch your order within two to three working days of the order being placed.

The cost of UK Standard Delivery is £3.95 and your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight. Order tracking is not available for Royal Mail deliveries.
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier should leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

del4 UK Deliveries (non-mainland) will be despatched as above but delivery times may vary for reasons outwith our control.

Delivery - Europe

del5 Deliveries to European Union Countries will usually be made within 8 working days from date of order confirmation - if you would like delivery sooner please contact us and we will do our best to assist (which is likely to incur an additional charge). The cost of delivery within the EU will be £12. European countries not in the EU will be charged £20. Your order will be despatched via the most suitable carrier depending on size and weight and may be transferred to an internal postal service for delivery upon arrival in your country.

del6 When you place an order you should be aware that couriers usually deliver between 9am and 5pm only and may require a signature on receipt. If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.

Delivery - Worldwide

del9 We will always do our best to supply customers out with UK/Europe and will contact you upon your order being placed to confirm delivery arrangements and the delivery charges should these charges be materially different from the £20 flat charge . Charges will of course vary depending on the size and weight of your parcel. Once payment has been received for your order it will be despatched via the most suitable carrier depending on size and weight and may be transferred to an internal postal service for delivery upon arrival in your country.
