Making A Purchase: Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to our Terms and Conditions. Please note that all orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

You will be sent an email confirmation of the order to indicate that we have received your order. Please note that it does not indicate that a contract exists between us. By completing and submitting the electronic order form you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when your order is despatched. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced or inaccurately described goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. In the event that the order is cancelled as a result of this clause and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

All prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax "VAT" Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost' - further information on delivery can be found under "Delivery Schedule". For orders to be delivered outwith the UK/Europe we shall contact you to confirm if any additional delivery charges are due (over and above the fixed charge stated) before your order is despatched

In order to contract with Earth Squared Limited you must possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. All prices advertised are subject to change.

If, for any reason, payment cannot be made at time of ordering we can take credit/debit card payments over the phone on 01620 824 392. We also accept BACS payments, Paypal payments and cheques. Please note that your order will not be despatched until payment has been received by us in full.

Returns Policy Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days (from the day after you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us.
In this case we will issue you with a full refund however you will need to return the entire order at your cost if you have already received them.
In all cases, the goods must be in their original condition and will be inspected on their return.
If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we may arrange to have them collected at your cost.

Where a claim of defect or damage is made please return the products to us. You shall be entitled to a refund of any reasonable return postage charges. Please note that we shall not be liable for any goods that have been damaged due to misuse or are returned without their original packing.

Delivery Schedule We will normally despatch your order within two to three working days of the order being placed. If there is likely to be a delay we will notify you when the order is received.

The cost of UK Standard Delivery is £3.95 and your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight. Order tracking is not available for Royal Mail deliveries.
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier should leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

Any representations made on this website as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK deliveries. We trust you will appreciate that deliveries may be delayed by postal delays or other matters outwith our control for which we will not be responsible.

Privacy Policy Earth Squared takes the protection of customer data seriously and does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. By using this website, you consent to our use of data provided by you in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998. You warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
